El Mutiara Villa Homestay - Comfort Away From Home es un alojamiento sostenible situado en Merlimau, a 16 km de Porta de Santiago y a 17 km de The Stadthuys. Checking in was quite easy as the host uses digital locks. The house was spacious enough to fit the whole family , near amenities such as great restaurants nearby. The house quite clean and well maintained too! Will definitely be coming back again.

Staying here for my sister’s graduation, 25 mins from her school and only 3 mins away from the graduation venue (UTeM). Located at the newly developed neighbourhood, so the surrounding was so peaceful. It won’t fit the page if I write about the interior. Such a well designed house, love the every effort that the host puts into this homestay. There’s free complimentary snacks. The bed was heavenly comfort. I had a great chat with the host (Zafira) very friendly. Consider myself so lucky bcs I got early check in and late check out. Deserve all 5 stars. I would give thousands if possible! Highly recommended place to stay and will definitely stay here next time, InshaaAllah ✨
