From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views of the sea and the serene surroundings. The villa itself is a charming blend of modern amenities and traditional Montenegrin architecture. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, offering a perfect balance of comfort and elegance. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the spectacular sea view. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the Adriatic Sea was a truly unforgettable experience.

Newly build houses close to the Ceravici restaurant. It is on the farm so we had the farm tour too, which was fun. The house is big enough for a family, well equipped, beautiful woodwork inside. The location is not in Budva, but this is why we liked it. It was quiet and you could leave behind the crowd even in the peak season. The swimming pool is well maintained enough big for swimming, you need nothing else for a vacation with kids. Please note my review is about the accommodation, the restaurant is ok as well but accommodation is outstanding. It is better than it looks in the pictures! Brand new, spacy, 4 big rooms with private bathroom each, comfy beds and TVs, huge living room, kitchen and dining table. Great pool. House is perfectly noise proof, although most of the time it is quiet anyway. Host Nazar is very kind, highly available (always answered in minutes since we booked and during the stay), speaks excellent English. It was like talking to a friend. It is perfect place for 2-3 families, 8 people, we were 9 and the kids just wanted to "come back to the villa" each day. Beach is 5 mins away, there is a small supermarket 3 mins walk, 2 restaurants (that we didnt visit), and a bakery/pizza that also sell ice cream right next, so you can buy hot buns every morning.
