Just beautiful....Ali and Janet were the perfect hosts and looked after us so well. We were six friends and took over the whole exquisite Riad. The rooms were so comfortable, luxurious and spotless. We left all our concerns behind the moment we stepped inside, met by our lovely hosts and served mint tea around the fountain while they gave us really helpful info on Marrakech. We ate supper on the roof terrace on the first night and it was wonderful, delicious and so lovely to sit under the stars. I had fish with preserved lemons while friends had lamb tagine. It was so plentiful and melt in the mouth. Ali's sister is the cook and created the most incredible breakfasts too with omelettes, pancakes, fruit, jams, teas, good coffee, breads. We lacked for nothing. A great location meant we were a stone's throw from all the main sights but hidden down a quiet back street, where tranquility reigned through the large wooden door. Decor, comfort, awesome bathrooms, big beds, roof terrace were all just perfect. Thank you. It felt such a safe comfortable home to return to after a busy day. Janet was a great help in planning our itinerary too. All fabulous, thank you!

Amazing throughout the entire place, so clean, pool is perfect and outside area lovely to soak up the sun. We had an amazing time, the cleaners come daily and are absolutely wonderful, breakfast is good, the tv even has sports channels & streaming services! All the staff are brilliant throughout, we will return to Marrakech & stay here again for sure.

The compound is very safe and quiet. The swimming pool was never crowded, what a pleasure to enjoy a splash at any time of the day. The villa is huge; the patio perimeter is lined by green shrubs and flowers; the terrace has a stunning view. The space between villas is clean and daily maintained (manicured lawns). Very comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. The furniture gives a warm and local note to the ambient that makes you feel like home. WiFi spotless, everywhere. AC working in all rooms. Our host, Loïc, is always available and helpful when you need him. The transport from and to the airport was comfortable for the 4 of us with all the baggage (Hyundai van). Karima, the lady in charge of the villa, is preparing very tasty breakfasts and even dinner if you ask (oh, Tagine, wow). She is a real character! We hope to return some time in the near future.

Marrakech is 32 km from DAR TADOUT, while Oukaïmeden is 46 km from the property. Marrakech-Menara Airport is 34 km away. To be honest, driving to Dar Tadout was a bit of a challenge as the road is unpaved and very narrow, also there are no signs that let you know when you are there. However after finding out we have been very surprised how beautiful it was! Samir welcomed us warmly in his house! He offered us tea and showed us the room. It was great with a very large bed and separate bathroom. I can highly recommend the dinner as it was very good and served directly in front of the room. So the stay was great and Dar Tadout and Samir are highly recommended!!

And the surroundings, just spectacular! The gardens are a nature-lovers dream. Endless fruit and olive trees, flowers, vegetables, a lovely pool and the stunning terracotta-coloured Berber style house. At night we sat under the stars, the sky was so clear. Magical! Our room was cosy and warm, led out to the garden, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was great. The cutest softest cat was also an adorable addition! Without a doubt our favourite spot in Morocco. Thanks to all of you for making it so special. 10/10!! We’ll be back <3
