All facilities are clean and tidy. The labels as instructions are clear and lovely with hand drawn cute cats! The apartment is very spacious with a living room and bedroom. There are also enough utilities eg garbage bags, utensils etc. The location is also convenient that it is between the JR station and the castle. The host is also very friendly with prompt reply! They let us store our luggage after check out, very nice!

Le Bocage – Hakuba Echoland Chalets are situated in Echoland, a popular nightlife site where more than 30 bars and restaurants can be found. The property offers free in-room WiFi and on-site parking. We loved that we had an ample amount of space. The chalet was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of three. We also loved the washer and dryer and how close it was to various restaurants and shops in Echoland. More importantly, through messaging within the booking app the staff at the hotel went above and beyond for us. They were exceptionally communicative in assisting us after my husband left a bag on the Shinkansen from Tokyo. They also provided a free shuttle ride to and from the bus stop which was great. The drivers were so nice

Neighbouring Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field, Villa Komakusa offers a breath-taking view of the Northern Alps and a cosy cottage with wooden interiors and a ktichen. Location is great, few minutes walk to bus stop and Iwatake Gondola. The view is beautiful. The Villa is homey, well heated and very comfortable. Fukushima-san is VERY kind and helpful. We arrived late but he was very patient - he picked us up, drove us to Rythm to rent ski gears and helped us to shop at supermarket. He was always there when we needed help. My kids loves him and the place. Fukushima/san and the villa is the highlight of our Hakuba vacation!
