There was a shared room with vending machines for drinks and one machine for quick meals. It had microwave and a toaster. The host was friendly and they let us check in 1 hour earlier. Towels were provided for each day of our stay, also toothbrushes with a tiny paste, hygiene products and sponges. The bathroom was awesome and I loved the body soap, shampoo, and a conditioner that was provided. It was easy to find the facility from the road, as it has clear signs of where to turn. A large grocery store Ban Chan was 4 minutes drive away.

The host was the nicest person we met on our journey. She even helped us with a problem we had with our luggage and took care of us. Thank you so much! We will come back!

I highly recommend staying here. This gorgeous house is about a 15 minute drive from the airport. We had a group of 7 people and had plenty of space. The downstairs room has a double bed and 2 futons. I think there were 3 futons in each of the 2 upstairs rooms. The house has 1 bathroom downstairs next to the washer/dryer. There are 3 toilets - 1 in the downstairs bedroom, 1 near the entry, and 1 at the top of the stairs. The 7 of us fit comfortably around the dining table for meals. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and equipment. There is a fridge, microwave, stove, oven, electric kettle, and rice cooker. I recommend you look through the kitchen before buying some items, as we saw a lot of oil, sugar, and various sauces. There was also some plastic wrap and aluminum foil that we used. The house has gorgeous wood furniture and decorative carvings, which give a rich homey feeling. Since our flight arrived around 6pm, the host suggested we stop at the nearby grocery store to buy essentials since many places on the island close early. When we arrived at the house, the door was unlocked and we called the host for check-in. She gave us a quick tour of the facilities and was very helpful with beach and restaurant recommendations during our stay. The house also has an ice machine on the patio and air conditioners in several rooms. There's a small portable bbq in the back that is free to use, but we didn't have a chance to use it. The living room has an ornate wooden table that we used in the evenings to play games. There are some toys and books for children too, so it seems very family-friendly.

Το Whole house rental inn Horizon line - Vacation STAY 18087v είναι ένα κατάλυμα που βρίσκεται σε Yakushima, σε απόσταση 34 χλμ από Shiratani Unsuikyo και 37 χλμ από Jomon Sugi. The setting was great. Surrounded by greenery, very quiet with a nice view of the water. Lovely sunrises and very helpful host nearby. Spacious with fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable.
