The accommodation in the treehouse is basic, clean and comfortable, but the setting and the hospitality of Sudheesh and his family are exceptional. Their recommended driver, Namshi, organised all our transport and arranged safaris for us. Sudheesh’s wife and mother produced delicious home cooked meals and Sudheesh was very happy to share his extensive knowledge of the area. They made our stay, in what is already a really beautiful place, as good as it could be. If you get chance to have a massage whilst you’re there, do, it’s another great experience! For a genuine local and back to nature experience, we highly recommend this place.

Additionally, the homemade food served here is an absolute delight. Fresh and delicious, it adds a distinct charm to the experience. Additional Notes: It's worth noting that the path leading to the hermitage can be challenging for some vehicles. When Mr. Radhakrishnan advises on whether your vehicle can make it, trust his judgment. The journey might be tough, but the destination is equally rewarding.

The holiday home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with mountain views. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Kitchen facilities, campfire area, well-maintained rooms and outdoors, balconies with breathtaking views, and outdoor dining. Special mention to the caretaker Abdul Rahman. He was so hospitable.

Zyamadhari features a garden, as well as accommodation with a kitchen in Mananthavady, 10 km from Thirunelly Temple. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. We stayed at the townhouse. It's very clean and well maintained. The hosts Santhosh and Bhaskarettan are super helpful and made our stay very pleasant. Santhosh is a tour guide too and is very knowledgeable of the whole area. The food is just expectational. Although the options are limited, everything we ate was prepared with care to meet our needs. The luscious paddy fields, serene atmosphere, and quiet and relaxing spot make this place a must stay.

Soochipara Falls is 15 km away and Pookode Lake is 16 km from the holiday home. I really love the stay and amazing terrace view. Staffs are so polite and they I'll be available at any time to do the needful for you. The best part is parking space.
