The position of the resort is wonderful. Situated on the hill slopes near the village of Paliouri, each apartment has a breathtaking view of the sea, the neighboring peninsula of Sithonia as well as at the mighty Athos. The light breeze makes the evenings even in high summer pleasant. The complex is new, done with great care and architectural taste, taking account of the surrounding nature and the local tradition. The local area has very much to offer beginning with sandy beaches, clear waters and local cuisine which brings tasteful memories long after you leave the peninsula. The hospitality of the Kitsopoulos family who runs the resort rounds up the quality of this place. We highly recommend it and we are sure that we will come back again!

Etheres er staðsett í Nikiti, aðeins 2,3 km frá Nikiti-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. This was one of the best experience in Greece. I was there with my wife and 2 kids. We spent couple of days in Etheres and everything was amazing. Kids especially enjoyed during our stay. Villa is perfectly clean and everything on its place. You will find there everything you need for life. Pool is perfect and very clean. Location form my perspective is perfect. I like to be outside of the town. So you are on the top of the hill with amazing view, especially during sunsets.

On my favorite stays so far. It’s just beautiful and calm. For everyone who wants to relax must stay here.

Houses Nikolaos er staðsett í Afitos, aðeins 800 metra frá Afitos-ströndinni og býður upp á gistirými með sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis einkabílastæði. Everything was good, owner is great, i recommended this Apartman.

KoNaKaRi Garden er staðsett 600 metra frá Stavros-ströndinni og 700 metra frá Platani-ströndinni en það býður upp á ókeypis WiFi og einingar með eldhúsi, svölum og setusvæði. Very friendly welcome and hospitable hosts. Garden with children playground. BBQ. Pet friendly.

Estrella Rooms er með sjávarútsýni og gistirými með verönd, í um 100 metra fjarlægð frá Nea Kallikratia-ströndinni. It’s beautiful, the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Sunset Villas er staðsett í Aigeopelagitika Posidi og býður upp á loftkæld gistirými með verönd og ókeypis WiFi. Gestir geta nýtt sér svalir og grill. Great location. Villa is located just in front of the beach, you can even take pillows and lye at the shore on it. Evening is clean, personnel is friendly and cool

Thea Suites Potidea er í Nea Potidea, 2 km frá aðalhúsinu, og býður upp á garð- og sjávarútsýni, ókeypis WiFi og ókeypis bílastæði. Stunning views. Located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Quiet and peaceful area. Large deck with jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset behind Mount Olympos, across the water. If available, book the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Jacuzzi (1)- also called Erato suite, which has an excellent position for views and watching the sunset. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Two good coffee makers with plenty of ground coffee and coffee pods. Responsive host allowed early check-in. Large TV with streaming services. Good Wifi. We liked the position so much we chose to have our dinners in the apartment instead of in the restaurants in the near by town. A little off the beaten track, but close enough to drive to the town and the beaches around Kassandra. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Armenos Villas er staðsett í Ierissos og býður upp á hefðbundin gistirými með eldunaraðstöðu, aðeins 200 metrum frá ströndinni. Very calming and clean environment, including all necessity appliances and more. We had a relacing and nice stay. Thank you Eleni, for the beautiful expiriance.

Located in Paliouri Village, the awarded Kappa Resort offers fully equipped and elegantly decorated units. Most come with a private pool and a garden with sun terrace. Living area, kitchen, dining area and a balcony all with great views of the sea (the villa starts on the 1nd floor of the building as the 2-bedroom units occupy the ground floor). Up half a level were two bedrooms looking out the rear of the villa with a pleasant garden view. Up another half level was the master bedroom, sitting room, and balcony overlooking the sea and the private pool. Good rates too for everything!
