With garden views, Tiny houses Genacvale is set in village Bandza, Martvili and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, children's playground and sun terrace. Very welcoming host, house has great facilities (even high water pressure) and was clean, comfortable bed, great place for families with children, our daughter loved climbing and swinging inside and outside the house, watching and touching animals (sheep, cows, dogs, chicken etc.).

Every dish they served us was delicious, and the location is wonderfully peaceful, making it the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Moreover, there are numerous attractions within walking distance or a short drive away. Even though we were traveling without a car, Vladimir kindly arranged transportation for us from Kutaisi to their house. Additionally, they recommended some fantastic places to visit, and we had the privilege of exploring them during our stay.
