Combined seating, dining area and fullly equipped kitchen. Nice welcome pack (milk, wine, biscuits, bread, jams, tea, coffee, etc.). Second floor bedroom and bijou bathroom and toilet. Small garden and seating area in front of the cottage. Positioned in a farming environment with beautiful views over the dales. Green fields and meadows boarded with ancient dry stone walling. Waking distance to the local village 10 min. walk. Recommend the pub. Nice place to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas. We would happily return!

The Tenth House, Grade II asub Wirksworthis ajaloolises hoones, 24 km kaugusel Chatsworthi majast. Amazingly cosy little cottage. Was perfect for visiting the Peaks. It had even been decorated for Halloween which our kids loved. Lovely little town just 1 minute away.

Beautifully furnished. Large comfortable beds, good for tall adults. All 3 bedrooms were good and no-one would feel they were short-changed. Dog walking from the cottage - on-lead in the fishing club area but access to footpaths outside this area where off-lead is acceptable Countryside code permitting. Good pubs nearby but also good equipment and storage in kitchen to make own meals (large fridge freezer, range cooker, good knives.)

Stunning location and surrounding garden and courtyard. Serene views and atmosphere. The cottage itself was beautifully designed and appointed. Very comfortable beds. Convenient small kitchen area. Good shower. Fantastic swimming pool and games room. Pub just across the road. Altogether a paradise - I didn't want to leave and I would love to go back.

Aia ja grillimisvõimalusega puhkemaja The Cottage, Grotton Hall, Lydgate, Saddleworth asub Saddleworthis ajaloolises hoones, 15 km kaugusel Clayton Halli muuseumist. The location was lovely and ideal for where we needed to be for meeting friends in the area. The property had everything we needed and the hosts went above and beyond to check everything was okay for us. We didn't have time to make use of the log burner but the lounge was really cosy and I hope we'll be back and spend some more time there. I can't recommend this place highly enough if you need to be in the Saddleworth area. so nice as well to leave some breakfast items in the fridge including fresh locally sourced milk. Thanks so much
