A smart layout makes them feel rather spacious inside. We worried at first it was close to the road, but we didn’t hear any noise. It was very cozy and private. The location worked well for us to explore the natural beauty of Skye. All in all, it was a pleasant stay.

This little pod was perfectly located and so peaceful. I booked last minute and the family who run this little pod had everything prepared for us. It was already warm and very cosy and I can't wait to go back again. Awesome pod run by a very friendly and welcoming family!

Our first time visiting Skye, Donmar Cottage was a highlight. Lovely cottage in a beautiful neighbourhood. Great amenities. Washer and dryer were welcome two weeks into our road trip. Upon request, we were provided with a couple of excellent restaurant recommendations. We also picked up a few groceries in Portree, and with the well outfitted kitchen, enjoyed cooking for ourselves.

We can’t say enough good things about the owners or the facilities. Absolute gem of a place and John & Karen are salt of the earth people. The location is gods country with endless beauty. We could spend the rest of our lives combing the beaches of this area for the rest of time.

An absolutely gorgeous little cabin with breathtaking views even in all the rain. Good heating system, friendly and helpful hosts, it feels very private. You do hear the wind and rain very clearly but that isn't a negative for us personally. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
