The property is rather a long walk from Sale town centre in the pleasant residential neighbourhood of Ashton-on-Mersey. I came from Manchester Piccadilly Station by taxi at a cost of almost £20. Later I found out that there was a good bus route, the 263, which I used on my return trip. For my purposes, the accommodation offered was perfect. Quiet, comfortable, with a pleasant view on to the garden. Everything I needed was provided and the hosts were friendly and helpful, yet discreet.

Free Parking. Old Trafford Home is set in the Old Trafford district of Manchester, 2.6 km from The Lowry, 3.6 km from Bridgewater Hall and 3.7 km from Opera House Manchester. I stayed a night with my friends before travelling to Lace district. The apartment was in great condition and the landlord helped us straight away when we had a question regarding parking. I will make sure to book the same place when I'm in Manchester!
