With beautiful views of the Northern Fells, Ravenstone Lodge is 5 miles from Keswick, at the foot of Ullock Pike so you can relax in the conservatory or on the terrace and enjoy some of the best Lake... Breakfast was very nice! The restaurant is a MUST. Chef James cooks wonderful meals. Sorry we went to another place our second night! The staff and owner Mike couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was exceptional. We had room #6, which was apparently a “luxury” room…it was beautiful and much larger than we expected. Bed was VERY comfortable.

Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Chestnut Tree Cottage, 7 High Street offers accommodation with water sports facilities and free WiFi. Lovely place very conviennent to Gatwick airport. Nice village with lots to do nearby. Great hosts!

Cosy, comfortable accommodation for 2 of us with our dog. 10 minutes walk to Low Town with pubs, restaurants and food stores and a further 10 minutes to High Town the beautiful historic centre of Bridgnorth.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, Tumbleweed Cottage is a bed and breakfast set in a historic building in Newark upon Trent, 15 km from Clumber Park. The lovely hosts couldn't do enough for you but were not totally in your face, well done for mastering that side, the location is stunning and easy to get to off the A1, our dogs were made so welcome too.

Set in Kettering, in a historic building, 24 km from Kelmarsh Hall, Blackbird Cottage is a holiday home with a garden and barbecue facilities. A tastefully modernized house in perfect condition. Small but cozy living room and two small bedrooms on the upper floor (2+1). Well equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Our host Lee was very helpful and easy to reach via WhatsApp. We thoroughly enjoyed the house.
