Niché dans le village médiéval de Santillana del Mar, cet hôtel au grand charme rustique offre une vue pittoresque sur le jardin et la campagne environnante. Location, was not in the center of the noice. Very quiet and yet super close to the center.

Doté d'un jardin et d'un barbecue, l'Apartamentos la casa de los ríos est situé à Liérganes, à 27 km de Puerto Chico, à 28 km du palais des festivals de Santander et à 30 km du casino El Sardinero. The self-contained unit was very cozy and comfortable, with a balcony facing the mountains. The nearby river was like a constant and welcome lullaby at night. Liérganes' city centre is a short walk away (if not wishing to drive there), offers several sites to visit and bushwalk options around town with plenty of restaurants, and supermarkets. By car, there are many interesting destinations within 30 - 60 min drive. I really appreciated the helpful advice from the hosts and the spacious backyard. The landscapes are the best.

Offrant une vue sur la montagne, l'EL CARLOTO de La Población propose des hébergements, une baignoire en plein air, un jardin et un barbecue. Très bel emplacement !! En face du lac. Et En arrière plan la montagne.. on peut apercevoir des chevaux.. endroit très calme et relaxant😌. Très belle région nous avons adoré. La Maison est bien équipée!! Très très propre et décorée avec beaucoup de style! Aussi l’établissement el Carlotto propose des produits du terroir !! Situé à Quintana de Soba, le Balcón de la Len propose un hébergement avec connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, vue sur la montagne et accès à un jacuzzi. It would have been difficult to have been treated better and almost impossible to find a more relaxing location with breathtaking views. The hosts were perfect; available on the phone at any time and quick to respond to any messages. The accommodation was ideal for our needs and indeed we have taken away a good few ideas for a property we are renovating (thank you Meli). We stayed for four nights and wish it had been longer; the area is one of truly astounding natural beauty and is the perfect location to unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet. The village itself is very pretty and the locals equally welcoming and happy to chat. One can walk from the property to local restaurants which provide wholesome economical food and a warm welcome. We have lived in a very beautiful part of the Mediterranean Coast of Spain for over 20 years in one of the most scenic valleys imaginable, or at least we thought so until we came to sample the delights of this gorgeous village in the Cantabrian mountains with fields of freely roaming livestock all around and the backdrop of awe inspiring mountains with free flowing rivers and streams with pretty cascading falls all within pretty easy walking distance, albeit up and down hill. Parking was super simple in a private spot right beside the property, but not such that your car blocks the view. We visited the coast whilst we were there which is around 40 minutes by car through sensibly wide mountain roads (windy, but easy to drive) and also took a trip to Bilbao to see the Guggenheim (just over an hour), but it was lovely to pop to the local "supermarket" (corner shop) and buy some bits to enjoy a picnic.

Jolie petite terrasse qui donne sur un beau jardin fleuri et une magnifique vue. Lieu très calme, entouré d'animaux (vaches, chevaux, moutons...) Notre fille a adoré. Tout a côté de Santillana d'El mar, très jolie petite ville médiévale et aussi central pour sillonner la région Bref, un excellent séjour

If you enjoy being on a quiet place surrounded by nature, this is your place. It's secluded enough feel in the outdoors but driving distance (10min) to get anywhere. Casa Llayo has everything you need to enjoy a nice stay, be aware that arriving there the first time can be tricky (don't be discouraged by that; is well worth it) but after that it gets easier. Hosts live close by and give you a great welcome to show you the house and point everything that you will need. The house was super clean and has all amenities. This is a great spot to visit many places around Picos de Europa, we did a couple of tours in various directions and Potes is just 8min drive from the house. The hosts shared with us some home made wine (delicious), it has a nice bbq on the patio (charcoal and wood provided) and we used it a couple of times. Enjoying the morning coffee outside was a daily pleasure.
