Amazing place in the middle of the mountains. You can experience what is like to live in a small village and you get to know the people that live there. Every person I met there, including the host, were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is very helpful and friendly, ready to assist with any matter and offer produce from the garden. This is also a great location to do most of the spectacular drives around the island or choose any of the stunning hikes available in the mountains or coastline. We stayed longer than we planned because we loved it so much.

The house is located in a rural area outside of the city Porto Novo, so you have literally couple of kilometers of beaches just for yourself. It’s great quiet place, ideal for morning or evening runs! The house has all the equipment for cooking, warm water, an OK wifi. It’s beautifully furnished, vegan breakfast option is possible! If you don’t rent a car, be sure to bring enough drinking water and food from the city. Any taxi can drive you there from Porto Novo for 500 CVE (aprox 5€), walking there is an option but not the best idea during the hottest part of day 11-15:00.

Boasting a garden, private pool and sea views, Coin de Paradis, Pavillon Doucimar is situated in Porto Novo. The place is wonderful and the host was incredibly helpful and nice, very understanding when we had to cut our stay short as our baby got sick. We couldn't recommend this place more! It also has a superb swimming pool.
