We have had an amazing stay at Nabitunich. The location is excellent if you want to visit the ruins of Xanantunich, take tours to the caves or do other activities. It is also possible to organize bird watching tours as well as other activities from the hotel. The owner Dominique is a great host who takes time to talk to each guest and make them feel like at home. We really valued his tips as well as insights about Belize. The ranch where the hotel is located is absolutely beautiful, full of lush trees and vegetation. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast was included in our rate. Of course you have to remember that you are in the middle of the jungle and at times it may get a bit humid but overall our stay was comfortable.

The house is built and decorated to perfection and would make an awesome fit for the Netflix series "the world's most amazing vacation rentals". The architecture combines inside and outside with an outdoor kitchen and various seating areas. Enjoy the hummingbirds, tukans and the beautiful jungle around you. You have a private riverside seating area as well with the option to swim. Two cute dogs will welcome you in the morning and when you return from a tour or dinner. Ant it comes with lots of extras: strong wifi, washing machine and dryer, super comfy towels, a hammock, many kitchen devices. The owner is friendly and quick in responding, there is the option to book tours, and Albert, the caretaker of the house, is very friendly and helpful. If you are in this region and the cabine is available, book it!

Boasting garden views, Alma Del Rio Eco-Comfort on the water offers accommodation with balcony, around 6.1 km from Cahal Pech. The property was an absolute dream!!! We stayed at Casa Sophia and bird watched while drinking coffee in the glorious open kitchen/living room space. The house and Hadas’s design touch are boho Belize!!! Loved it all!!

The owners are awesome & helpful with great recommendations. Perfect location for tours of the ruins and caves. The property was beautiful

Hummingbird Rest a fully equipped cabana in subtropic garden, a property with a garden, is set in San Ignacio, 15 km from El Pilar, 26 km from Barton Creek Cave, as well as 28 km from Actun Tunichil... Hummingbirds on your patio are a great way to wake up and go to sleep. The locations close to town but not too close. We had a rental car and felt the vehicle was safe from both other traffic and people. There are multiple places for food or if you want to cook the cabins have a full cooking setup. Excellent! Also check out the grounds and admire all the hard work put into creating this hummingbird haven.

Situated 22 km from Cahal Pech, Maya Hill Lodge offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as pool with a view and a garden. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Stayed for few days. Close to the home builders (Pletts, Premier and Linda Vista), Mayan ruins and San Ignacio. Very secure, beautiful grounds, and very gracious hosts. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Forgot my charger plug and they were able to provide one. Excellent coffee with a French press each morning. Great suggestions for things to do in the area.

Located on a hill above the tree line gives you the jungle feel with great sunsets. A well maintained touch of paradise.

Situated in San Ignacio in the Cayo region, Family Suite @ Mahogany Hall has a patio and river views. it was like stepping back in time to a quiet colonial home with the ever-present sound of the river and birds in the background. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive. The family suite was MORE than we needed for our family of 6. It was fabulous to have so much room to relax and spread out
