Katerina and her mother were wonderful! They helped up settle in and even took us personally to a few places in town we needed to go to. Incredibly welcoming. The house is newly renovated and pretty nice inside. The AC works well, but currently is only in 2/3 of the rooms. Washer and Dryer. Huge kitchen. Plenty of space for a bigger group with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, though the upstairs shower is not really functional in how small of a space it’s in. Quiet at night with privacy. Small balcony upstairs is nice, and the outside area is a nice fenced yard with a BBQ grill and provided wood to use. 10/10 will be back to stay again.

It looks everything new but also it saved some old wooden details like doors or ceiling. The place also has nice yard, grill and call little village life. It's located in valley between mountains. The host is very nice and helpful. Amazing traditional breakfast was included as well. Recommending!

The house is great and the location is in the heart of the forest. Everything was good and we had everything that we needed. All the details that will make your stay better are available. There is small restaurant close by and several more in 5 min drive. We loved our stay in the house and will recommend it.

The place is really cosy, it has fireplace, small porch outside and amazing view. It has all the necessary amenities in the kitchen. The bedroom is super comfy and nicely decorated.

Situated in Ribarica, Вила 11 - семейна почивка в сърцето на Балкана features accommodation with spa facilities, wellness packages and a fitness room. Lovely house with big bedrooms in a quiet area close to the river. Felt like at home with well stocked essentials like sunflower oil, napkins, cups, 4 coffee capsules, etc. The TV was smart with YouTube, Netflix, etc. and the WiFi worked well in all rooms. There were occasional cats visiting us while we were sitting outside but they were very cute and seemed domesticated and fun to play with for a few minutes. They contributed to the feeling at home. The path up the road goes into the mountains and was a great 1.5 hours 6km walk (there and back) which was not very steep, just perfect for a short hike by the river in great scenery (we even saw 3 wil deer twice each time we went for a walk!). Everything was very clean and there were leaflets with great recommendations on what sights you can visit within 2 hours drive. The heating was turned on so the whole house was warm and cozy when we got there. They also let us leave a few hours later since the house was not occupied on the following day. We didn't light the fireplace but there was plenty of wood chopped and ready to use, if needed. The introductory message sent by the host made me tear up a bit with the amazingly well poetically written ideas/narrative on disconnecting, lighting the fireplace and truly enjoying the house and the surrounding nature. Will definitely come back when the weather is warmer to test the barbeque outside and the green scenery.
