location and views, privacy, garden and multiple seating areas/options, clean and modern interior with very comfortable living room seating (one of the best seating options we've seen in such properties). large and spacious bathroom, very well equipped kitchen, and comfortably large bed. host is very friendly, always available and responsive, and takes care of the property which is important from a comfortable stay for the guests. a great option for a peaceful, relaxing and chilled holiday!

The place was large, perfect for big groups. The kitchen had everything we needed to start cooking and grilling and the hosts were very thoughtful stocking the place with pretty much everything we needed for a comfy stay, even slippers. The kids were busy for hours exploring all the toys. Although it was cold outside it was nice and cosy inside, easy to air out as well and it was nice and sunny during the day.

The house is situated at a beautiful location with an amazing view, surrounded with vineyards, grasslands and forests. It's clean and spacious, well equipped, pets are allowed. Great place for clearing your head. :) You can find many nice walks in the nature nearby, you can visit the wineries around the Sonnenhaus, go to Maribor for a nice lunch and much more...

Great place in Slovenia - the cosy family farm with amazing wineyards and large apple orchards around. It was breath-taking for us to arrive and meet very friendly owners. We have tasted their wine production and were excited of delicious breakfest.

Superb breakfast, excellent location. It's worth asking the host if you can eat there in the evening if you don't in the day. Locals flooded there to eat and drink the GORGEOUS wine in the day. If the locals go you know you are on to a winner. The accommodation is all you need - no extras but it's just lovely to be there and with such a great family.

This was a great stay in a beautiful setting at a good price. The wine here is also nice with affordable wine tastings available. Free parking. Nice breakfast as well.

Villa was really relaxing place to relax after outdooring and exploring all surrounding beatiful nature. It was easy to reach by car and at the same time near by enough city of Maribor and privaty Villa. Cooking at terrace kitchen under the stars was great choice for spending night. And We were pleased to notice that there was waiting some welcome snacks in the deidge when we arrived. And also helpfull of the owner, when we got some local tips for shopping and places to see.
