The villa was very clean and very comfortable. There's nothing to complain about here, it's just great. The villa is in the middle of the forest and you can really relax. There is WiFi and international television. Very nicely furnished and with a large fireplace that makes the whole house warm. Outside there is a barbecue area and a fire pit with benches. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The nice gentleman also gave us some recommendations for excursions. All in all great and only recommended. We will definitely come back when we are in Serbia. Many thanks to the nice hosts.

Hosts are very friendly and helpful from the beginning. Location is just perfect. No noisy people around the house and the dam that is in the front of the house is covering all noise from the street :) There is a plenty of space outside - just for you and your family. Domaćini su od samog početka bili veoma ljubazni, susretljivi i od velike pomoći. Lokacija je savršena. Nema bučnih komšija i mala brana na reci ispred kuće je dovoljno glasna da ne čujete nikakvu buku sa ulice. Ali ne smeta, čak savršena za spavanje. Obilje prostora u dvorištu - samo za vas i vašu porodicu.

Location is fantastic, it is inside the protected naational park, somewhere where you woudn't believe that you could build a house in. You need to pay entrance fee to the park, to get to your accomodation, but it is a vary small fee and if valid for many entries. Hosts are really accomodating, they are very nice and fiendly... we felt welcomed. There is a fridge filled with all kinds of juices, sodas, alcoholic beverages, priced as in local markets, which is very good because local markets are not so close by, none in the park area. In front of the house there is an enourmous field which we used to lie on when night fell and watched the stars, which we love to do, but you need an altitude and lack of pollution for that.

Wonderful hosts! The house is in a quiet area, surrounded by nature, and it is a great starting point for hikes and adventures. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, and so well equipped! We couldn't ask for more, it was a true relaxation for all the senses.

The house is even prettier than on the pictures, it has a beautiful fireplace in the living room which is decorated with old traditional serbian elements. The location is excellent, on a walking distance from the Resava cave and hiking distance from Lisine waterfall. The host is very kind and helpful I’m really looking forward to going there again.

1. Amazing hospitable host! He warmed up the house before our arrival, treated us to rakija and had a pleasant talk. It is clear that he treats this house with love. 2. Big, modern, very clean and warm house (we stayed in winter). 3. The house has two terraces, both including appropriate furniture. 4. Fully equipped BBQ and huge chimney. Coal and firewood provided by host in almost unlimited quantities. 5. Two floors, two kitchens with all neccessary amedments, two very clean bathrooms with washmashine in one of them. 6. Recava Cave is 15 minutes on foot. 7. Waterfalls Veliki Buk is 20 minutes by car. 8. A bottle of free rakija with sweets plate

Second time here, this time with friends, and again everything was superb! Location, host, communication.....The garden is very beautiful and it is sure a place to relax and feel comfortable. We will sure come again!

Our stay at the in Panjevac, Serbia was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. Sladjana, a talented master chef, catered to all of our varied dietary preferences and we looked forward to each and every meal. Her cheese potato onion Burrek was especially delicious. they even when out of their way to celebrate a birthday ! Zvonko, Sladjana's partner, proudly displayed his hunting trophies and both of them were incredibly down to earth and graceful hosts. We enjoyed evenings of Rakija, a local drink, engaging in long conversations with them. The guest house itself was picture-perfect, nestled in beautiful surroundings. We had the opportunity to feed deer, interact with sheep, and even go on treks and trails. Additionally, there were numerous nearby attractions such as monasteries, caves, and waterfalls to explore. Overall, our family had an unforgettable time and we're already looking forward to returning. We highly recommend this guest house for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

wonderful property, host Bojan and his family were so kind, patient and down to earth. well maintained property, we wish we could stay there more :) also you can test natural fresh fruits, juices and traditional Serbian foods :)
