Its an amazing place in the middle of nowhere, perfect to relax and detach from the fast paced everyday world. The house is beautiful, clean and quite spacious. We were there just as a couple with a dog ;) but Im sure it can easily hold a bigger group of people too. Contact with the owner was super easy and really helpful (mentioned below). We were there in winter and we found Tuddals Joker to be the best shop for supplies and fire wood (definitely the cheapest offer). With the fresh snow 4x4 car turned out really useful in the area.

We were there in winter and I'm writing these reviews based on that. Beautiful cottage at quiet and peaceful place to spend time with family. Wooden house with two double bedrooms and a mezzanine for 2 people. Fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, kettle and stove with oven. Good speed WiFi. Cell network is also available. Bathroom with sink and shower and heated floor. Driveway for cars in front of the house. If someone is planning to ski at Gausta skicenter, the shortest route leading there is closed for winter and you have to go around 90 km to get there. Linens is additionally paid for each person. Deposit for cleaning the cottage NOK 500. Nice hosts are always willing to help.

On arrival, I was warmly welcomed and the whole place is just gorgeous. Besides the cozy rooms there are several public areas filled with bookshelves, paintings and fireplaces. Stay here, if you are searching for a place to relax and slow down. Make sure to have the dinner. It was one of the best meals I ever had.
