Beautiful villa/house- it was extremely charming.Made you feel what it would be like to live here for real. The decor was very authentic and cozy. Comfy beds and linens/pillows. Very spacious, had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped to cook. They texted us the day before to let us know that the 2 days we were there was a National Holiday (Constitution Day) and both supermarkets and restaurants would be closed and that we should shop before reaching Balestrand. We prepared and made simple meals at the Villa. Great /prompt communication on property’s side. Would highly recommend taking eclectic bikes around town and the fjords. We rented them for 3 hrs and the views were just breathtaking. super special.

Our room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The owner was very helpful, he offered to take our bags to the boat terminal and insisted we had breakfast before we left first for the 7.50 am, boat to Bergen.
