Very spacious rooms each with its own nice bathroom, a huge living room, very high standard of decoration, great swimming pool facing the incredible view of the Kotor bay, very nicely located above Kotor (a nice little town worths a few hours of visit) and very close to the Tivat airport. We took the place on our last night in Montenegro, before flying out early in the morning and it was perfect (20-minute drive).

The house was nice and clean. A big terrace with view to the bay. We was staying six people and we had everything we need, there is all kitchen tools, bathroom tools. House is near a beach, 2 min walk. Around there is a restaurants with great view to the bay. There is local shop 5 min walk. Free parking in the yard for car.

And the view… you can just sit and look at the mountains and how the planes go up and down from Tivat Airport. Communication with Denis and Milica was very spontaneous. They reached out to me on Whatsapp and instructed me about the location. Milica was present to receive me at the gate and gave me a full tour and made herself readily available. The facilities in the room were excellent, beyond what was required by me. Everything was absolutely spotless and clean and seemed new and fresh. All amenities are present, including cooking utensils, cutlery, fresh towels and linen and laundry products. GREAT value for money!
