The self check-in was easy and worked well. The room was spacious for Japanese standards. There's a washing machine in the apartment and a coin laundry below for drying the clothes (if the weather is not suitable to dry on the balcony). The staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot my tablet and they sent it very securely packaged to my next hotel.

The property was superb. In a quiet location close to the street car stop. The early check in made it so much easier for us. Walking distance to the A-dome site. Lots of room for a large group and we really liked the location. Many restaurants walkable distance! Nice to have a kitchen and living room space to spend some time after being in hotel rooms the rest of the time we were traveling!
