Offering a ski pass sales point and ski storage space, HakubaGoryu Pension&LogCottage Arumu is situated in Hakuba, only 100 metres away from the Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort lifts.

The pension is absolutely great. The entire family is very friendly and despite them not speaking English and us not knowing more than the polite things in Japanese, they put effort into managing the communication. They are always more than happy to help you with anything. The breakfast is really great, the ski storage room is very practical and you can even do laundry. The room offers everything including a great bathroom to enjoy a hot bath after a day in the snow. There was a lot of snow on one of the days, so we cleared the entrance and the next day discovered that the hosts had cleaned our car from snow. It was a lovely gesture. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in the luggage room after checkout and enjoy one more day of skiing, before picking our things and the car up in the late afternoon.

We loved that we had an ample amount of space. The chalet was clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of three. We also loved the washer and dryer and how close it was to various restaurants and shops in Echoland. More importantly, through messaging within the booking app the staff at the hotel went above and beyond for us. They were exceptionally communicative in assisting us after my husband left a bag on the Shinkansen from Tokyo. They also provided a free shuttle ride to and from the bus stop which was great. The drivers were so nice

Neighbouring Hakuba Iwatake Snow Field, Villa Komakusa offers a breath-taking view of the Northern Alps and a cosy cottage with wooden interiors and a ktichen.

Excellent location, close to Iwatake Gondola lift. The villa is well-heated. All the amenities are complete (kitchen, toiletries, beddings). Clean and well-maintained. Fukushima-san is very kind and is able to help us with all our needs within a message reach. We will be back. The kids love the place so much.

We have a variety of beautiful and well appointed chalets, located in prime areas centered around the Happo ski resort in Hakuba.

The house is clean, nice, spacious for my family 4 adults with 2 kids. The staffs were all very friendly. They helped us with dinner reservations and arrange for the transportation. Amenities in the house are so complete without any worries. We enjoyed cooking too. They even helped to store the proposal decoration stuffs.

Situated just a 5-minute walk away from Happo One Ski Resort in Hakuba, ZEN CHALETS Hakuba offer fully equipped chalets with a bedroom, a living room and a kitchen.

If there had been snow, the location would have been excellent. The lodging was cozy, spacious, and relaxing. We ended up spending a lot of time inside, since it was rainy, and we didn't get to ski as much as originally hoped. We were conveniently able to get rides from the staff to go to the market, and get to/from the bus station.

Everything is perfect. We had an excellent at week there. Toshi and his wife are excellent hosts. He drove us to/from bus terminal slopes, ski rental shops/supermarkets. He was so nice that sometimes we don't want to ask him for a ride. The kitchen is well equipped ranging from rice cooker, microwave, oven, fridge, sukiyaki pot, coffee maker, various sizes of dish and bowl, etc.

The location was great, just out of town and close to all the slopes we wanted to get to. The place was very spacious and the amenities were great with high tech and everything we needed. Comfy beds and nice pillows. Great aircon that kept us warm our entire stay.
