Pictures didnt do justice! Accommodation was pleasantly better than expected - Space was big yet cosy - Bathroom had a running bath with onsen water - Location was great, just by the lake where you could board the pirate ship around Lake Ashi - Clean!

First and foremost, the entire property was carpeted, providing a safe and worry-free environment for children to run, play, and even tumble around. We were at ease knowing that they could freely enjoy themselves without any concerns of getting hurt. Additionally, having a private hot spring bath like a family bath was a delightful bonus. It was comfortable and spacious enough for all of us to relax and enjoy the hot springs together. The kids absolutely loved it, and it added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of our stay. Furthermore, the fact that the rental was exclusively ours allowed us to enjoy our time without worrying about the noise or disturbances caused by our children. It provided us with a sense of privacy and freedom that made our trip even more enjoyable.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, ルクス箱根湯本 LUX HAKONE YUMOTO is situated in Hakone. The villa features a spa experience, with its sauna, hot spring bath and hot tub.

We enjoyed the facilities including the onsen indoor and outdoor bath. The kids enjoyed the pool even though it was not heated. The appliances in the kitchen were top notch, and the covered terrace with grill was a great space to gather for dinner. We ordered the half board plan which came with plenty of food for our group to grill for dinner and breakfast ingredients. It was nice to not have to food shop or go into town for dinner. My nephews thought the villa was the best part of the trip to Hakone! If you needed anything there is a convenience store within walking distance.

The property was able to fit 10 of us comfortably. We love the layout and design of the unit especially the spa inside one of the bathroom, perfect for winter! We were so impressed with the customer service. We accidentally left a suitcase behind and the host went beyond to help us send it to our next destination in Osaka. Highly recommended!

    設備は結構行き届いて、24時間掛流しは良かった！ 子供連れだったので、吹き抜けに張ったハンモックが最高、興奮してました。

    広いリビングダイニングで、20人で楽しく食事ができたのが素晴らしい経験でした 今回は食事はプロのシェフに作っていただきましたが、この人数の調理をお任せできるのはとても助かりました キッチンも十分な広さと設備があるようです また、4人ほどで入れる温泉があり、家族3人で入れたのも良い思い出になりました

    家の中が、清潔でホコリひとつなかった。 冬だったため外のジャグジーが気持ちよく、露天風呂のような感じだった。最高。
