Wow, what a beautiful town! As soon as you arrive, you feel like you are in another world when you can forget about anything else. The view from the flat is absolutely gorgeous. Recommend having breakfast on the roof terrace in the sunrise! We went here off-season at the end of October, and the weather was still warm some days. We were pretty much the only tourists around, which was great. You can walk down to the beaches or just wander around and enjoy the citrus trees and say hi to the old town cats. The old town is ancient and beautiful with plenty of small shops and good restaurants. All the food is superb (it is Italy after all). There's a small grocery and wine shop literally opposite the gate when you come out of the building. The ladies will help you buy what you need for a great home cooked meal - do not miss their mozzarella!!! Just a few steps away, there is a wine place with food called Trani. Everyone is friendly. The flat has a double bed downstairs, and upstairs there are two single beds that can be moved to a double or just used as sofas. Remember to tell the host where you want to sleep so he can make the beds accordingly. Absolutely great host! An amazing stay - we will be back!

The location was great - a small apartment in the midst of narrow white streets and stairs of Sperlonga historic center. The beach was just a short walk down from the apartment. The apartment and kitchen were very well equipped with breakfast options, coffee and drinks in the fridge. This made us feel very welcome. It wasn't a problem for us, however beds are quite short, so you might want to look for a different place if you are a very tall person :) Would definitely stay there again. And Sperlonga sure is a place to visit again.

Upstairs terrace with its fantastic view was a nice bunos to the experience to enjoy sunsets. Valeria from the teception was very helpful and nice. Everyhting was super comfortable and cosy. The only thing is that tou need to walk around 15-20 mins to get to the dedicated beach of the hotel but that was not a big deal for me because I enjoyed those walks on the beach. Also there are some other public beaches which you’re welcome to use too.
