The property is amazing. The owners clearly care a lot about the place and their guests! The amount of small little details that we loved is too many to mention individually, but everything looked like it was done with intention, from the kitchenware to the bathroom supplies to even the coat hangers. The fireplace was an absolutely amazing little add-on, which one doesn’t often get, and which made it even cozier and homey-er. The kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked great, the beds were comfortable and warm. The place in itself is easy to find with the descriptions, and close enough to the next town to quickly get some essentials if needed, while also far enough away to feel cosy and calm. We had a brief chat with one of the owners when we arrived, who was super nice and told us a little bit about the house and the area in general. Thanks for an amazing stay!

The property is located in beautiful and natural surroundings. one of our best stays in Iceland! to top it all the owner Asdis is a wonderful person who had great tips and was always available for help. She makes yummy chia and fruit yoghurt! The property has a hot tub in the beautiful outdoors and we had the most relaxing time enjoying it! A must go place if you plan to be in the area!

Perfect cottage right in front of the Eggilstadir. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen with everything u need, and if u need more, there is BBQ outside free to use! Very cheap compare how big, clean and cozy cabin u get.

Great location and convenient spot on our Ring Road tour. Gave us a bit of extra space with our teens which was nice. Clean and comfortable and I loved the Iceland pillow cases! Highly recommend.

Very picturesque property and surrounding area. Árni was a very gracious host, and our daughters loved playing with the dog Toki, who was also very friendly. I enjoyed the hike around the land. Would recommend staying here for a relaxing country atmosphere.
