It was big enough to afford everyone in our group their own rooms and still be cost effective for us. The bathrooms were shared, but well-kept and stocked. It was a quiet area and we enjoyed a wonderfully restful night after a long couple of days of traveling.

The Proleek Dolmen is within walking distance from the main building. There's a swimming pool, gym, sauna, outdoor hot tub, and tennis court to enjoy while staying there. A cosy cottage in beautiful surroundings. The place is a credit to the hosts Caitríona and Brian. A testament to Irish hospitality and generosity. Fresh homemade wheaten and blackberry jam for our arrival and fresh laid eggs for breakfast. Very close to Omeath and Carlingford. Couldn't recommend An Bothán enough.
