What a perfect house for a family holiday. Plenty of space for everyone, fully equipped kitchen, huge dining space , we even had a cot and highchair supplied. The house was spotless. Great garden and beautiful wrap around porch with plenty of seating to enjoy the views, and there was even a BBQ. Short walk into Carraroe where there was live music every night in the pubs, a well stocked supermarket and a chemist. Two gorgeous beaches nearby one sandy and the famous 'coral beach'. Great base for day trips we travelled to Kylemore Abbey, to the acquariam in salthill and around Galway city, also highly recommend Wildlands if you have kids , great for the whole family . Enjoyed tasty fresh fish and chips too in An Cuan too . Plenty to see and do in this Gaeltacht area, really friendly locals .

What a wonderful cozy house with full equipment. There was absolutely everything what you need it to stay with your family. Wonderful cozy house, can't ask for more. We had a wonderful time there and we are really appreciate it for everything, also for the yummy cake ❤ and I was delighted to bring my dog with us without any problem. That was handy, he had a great time and enjoy all the surrounding areas in Carraroe. Lots of movies, lovely sunny room and cozy chairs. Very comfortable beds, clean house and so quiet area. We really enjoy it and we might come back in a future.

The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable, everything we needed and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend a stay, about 1 hour easy drive from downtown Galway. And a pretty beach nearby.

A cosy and comfortable cottage in the Connemara region. A lovely stay for myself and my three children. Perfect location for access to Galway and the Wild Atlantic Way. Walking distance to the Aran Islands ferry.
