It is situated in a beautiful mountain setting with nice views and not far from the city centre and the beach. The owners are wonderful hosts, very welcoming and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent property and a great host (the best we had anywhere)! Great attention to detail throughout - the small things that really make you feel at home had all been provided (extra towels, everything you need for cooking, dishwasher tablets, etc) and Tanja even brought us some homemade treats. Tanja was very flexible about check-in and check-out. The villa is set back from the road and surrounded by olive trees. It is incredibly peaceful and has great views of Makarska bay.

Villa Paolo was everything we wanted and more for our stay in Makarska. Both apartments were very clean, tidy and family friendly. The games room kept the children entertained during the hottest part of the day and although we didn’t use the gym it is well equipped. The pool and the garden area were brilliant and where we spent most of our holiday. There is 5 very comfortable sun loungers and the most spectacular views. The BBQ area was great and very easy to use. The very friendly host Meri was there to meet us on arrival and show us around the villa. The owners Marin and Senia were great at keeping in touch and were at the end of the phone if we needed them. The villa is a 5/10 minute taxi ride from the sea front or if you don’t mind walking, 30 minutes on foot.
