We loved this place and will definitely be back! Cavtat itself is a lovely little harbour, with some nice restaurants and swimming bays. The villa was absolutely perfect. An excellent base for exploring and getting water taxi to Dubrovnik as it was just 1 min from the main promenade. However, we also found it just as good to relax at the villa. We were a family of four - two adults, a seventeen year old and a four year old. All of us loved it- especially the pool area. It was a perfect spot whatever the time of the day - great view of the sea, possibility for sun and shade - but also watching the sunset with drinks- all in all we loved it! Ana as a host was great - quick to respond and very helpful re tips about our stay. Haven’t got anything negative to say!

This gorgeous little house is in the best location, few minutes walk from the bus terminal then up the stone steps from the harbour, restaurants, bars and shops. The terrace is perfect to spend the evening watching the sunset. There was no noise around at all. All the rooms were spotless and the kitchen is well equipped. Loved the harbour view from the bedroom window in the morning. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the house more than met our expectations and we were sad to leave!

House was exactly as described, and more. It was really comfortable, spacious, and clean. We were able to check in early, met by Michael and made feel very welcome. The outdoor spaces were so lovely, sunbathing area out back & outdoor dining area in secluded front garden. The house was just a few minute walk from centre of Cavtat and only 5 minute walk to some lovely swimming spots.

The house was very clean and well stocked with stuff like seasoning which you don't normally see. In addition it had lots of stuff like bicycles, swimming equipment which we were able to use. The location was good as it was very close to the airport and not too from Cavtat where you could take a boat to Dubrovnik. The hot tub was a great addition too. Communication with owner / manager was great too. I fully recommend this property.

The house is well laid out and has beautiful views over the sea. Each room has a huge, comfortable bed, en-suite and air conditioning. The pics don’t actually do justice to the house. The swimming pool was a welcome relief from the heat and the house stays lovely and cool with the air conditioning. Toni is spot on with his communication- responding very quickly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and we would certainly return.

This is a really well located property literally 53 steps down to the main street with restaurants on one side and the sea on the other. The host was really friendly and helpful. We will be back again.
