The house is a really authentic, quiet "fairy tale" in the country, in a very small village. Nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. The garden and pool is well-kept, full of flowers.

The house is located in an idyllic Istrian village where time has stopped. It offers everything for a break from modern life though the wi-fi still works perfectly. It offers many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors (props for sports games, barbecue, deckchairs, swimming pool, walking paths between fields and olive groves). The owner is very helpful and nice, always available online for any questions. He even apologized for not being able to deliver some home made olive oil and wine for the time of our short stay, but left a couple of beers in the fridge which was of course a very nice gesture :)

You will notice right away how much love was put into this estate. It's clean and in perfect shape. The pool with it's outside shower is absolutely gorgeous, always cool (temperature-wise ;) ) and of good water quality (new filtering technique. It doesn't smell or tastes of chlorine). Our kids loved it and had no skin-related issues. The additional outside "dining room" with it's own refigerator, grill (gas and wood) and sink is perfect for every cooking action outside! A comfortable baby bed and chair are available. There is a small supermarket 5 minutes by car and a large one in Buzet 15 minutes away. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The two bathrooms are nice and clean. You have the possibility to park your car in the shadow. At last but not least, the hosts are super friendly and whenever you need something, you can reach them. To sum up: For us, it was one of the best vacation ever!

The house and surrounding area, terrace, garden, pool are so beautiful! We had the best holiday in this little, peaceful paradise! House was spotless clean. The beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. The owners are such a friendly family who gave us a warm welcome. We can recommend this accommodation for everyone who enjoys a hideaway. The old Town of Buzet is also very nice. We did some trips the coasts and citys in the circle of 50km and enjoyed to come back every night to our garden eden far away from noisy hot spots.

Me and a few of my friends rented house Luana for a weekend away in Buzet. We wanted to do some climbing in the neigbourhood. We were were pleasantly surprised with the quality of service we received in the house and the beauty of the place itself. The hosts were beyond welcoming and we liked the place so much that we spent more time there than in the climbing areas. Highly recommend!
