Stunning views. Located on a cliff overlooking the ocean. Quiet and peaceful area. Large deck with jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing while watching the sunset behind Mount Olympos, across the water. If available, book the Two-Bedroom Suite with Private Jacuzzi (1)- also called Erato suite, which has an excellent position for views and watching the sunset. Very spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. Two good coffee makers with plenty of ground coffee and coffee pods. Responsive host allowed early check-in. Large TV with streaming services. Good Wifi. We liked the position so much we chose to have our dinners in the apartment instead of in the restaurants in the near by town. A little off the beaten track, but close enough to drive to the town and the beaches around Kassandra. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Olena and her house were both absolutely amazing!! Olena's hospitality is 5*. She makes you feel welcome immediately. The little comforts of home are so appreciated! The house is beautiful and comfortable for a family of four plus a dog! The yard is lovely with trees and flowers. The beach is a 5 minute walk away! I loved everything about Casa Olena!

We highly recommend this villa, it is the perfect place for relaxed vacation with family and friends! It has access to a beautiful private beach, it has many rooms, and a perfect garden with barbecue to enjoy all day.

Everything was good. Antonio is great and always there if you need anything. The terraces are the real treasure of the apartments with a wonderful view of the sea. Relaxing on the terrace with the sound of the waves is fantastic. Three double beds provide comfortable accommodation for six adults.

We had the pleasure of staying at Simon's villa for a week, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Simon, our host, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. His joyful approach to life is truly infectious, and it added a special touch to our stay.Simon was always available to assist us with any requests, and his insights into the local area helped us make the most of our vacation. His dog, Pablo, was also a great companion and added to the charm of the villa. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway.Although we were sad to leave after just seven days, we are already planning our return next year. Staying at Simon's villa felt more like visiting a dear friend than just a vacation rental. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a heartwarming escape!

La casa è grande e molto accogliente. Ha due entrate e 2 bagni, un soggiorno molto grande, cucina abitabile, 2 camere da letto e 2 terrazze. Dappertutto il sistema di climatizzazione riesce a rinfrescare per le giornate più calde. Sul retro si può mangiare e rilassarsi sull'amaca. La signora Theresa è gentilissima, ci si sente proprio accolti con gentilezza. Durante il soggiorno mi ha scritto anche per sapere se era tutto ok o ci serviva qualcosa, oltre a regalarci un piccolo pensiero prima di ripartire, magari fossero tutti come Lei. C'è un parcheggio sul retro ed all'interno è attrezzata con tutto quello che può servire, anche lavatrice, phon, macchina del caffè,per i toast, cambio biancheria ed asciugamani.

Wonderful place! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, well equipped with all necessary amenities, it has a nice garden with outside BBQ and dining table, parking space for 3 cars. The view from the terrace is magical the whole day! Big bonus is the roof terrace at the top! The beach is 2 min walking and it is very calm and shallow. The area is quiet, with friendly neighbours (tourists), not far from Nea Potidea, just few minutes driving. We were there for over a week, 5 adults with 2 small children and a gog and we had wonderful time!

WORTH READING 'TIL THE END! Absolutely loved the entire place! Both, the house and the garden were exceptional! Not to mention the hosts - Elisaveta and her husband - incredible! They went out of their way to make us feel at home. I'll describe it in a little more detail as they really deserve it: 1. The House - like an art gallery (amazing!); all decorations are hand-made by Elisaveta who is a very talented artist! - we were welcomed with so much warmth (literally!): not only that we were given as a gift one of her beautiful artefacts which we now keep dearly on the table in our office, but she also waited for us with a delicious hot feta pie straight-out-the-oven <3 - equipped with everything a family needs - spacious enough - with a lovely terrace which has an awesome view over the lake and the sea - it has a second outdoor shower nicely decorated - everything is thought-through to the smallest detail (we had snacks and home-made jam and lemonade, and bottled water, and...wow!..a bottle of Greek wine in the fridge!) - the kids had plenty of board games to play and even they, though they're very young, they were really impressed by the decorations made by Elisaveta and also by the lovely birds nests on the terrace - this is a place harmoniously integrated with nature, boasting with creativity and inspiration - found in a great location, very close to the lakes with flamingos and ducks, and a 10-15 min walk to the Lagoon Beach (white sand & clear waters - amazing!), max 10 min by car to the nearest supermarkets and shops - North & South, Nea Potidaea & Nea Moudania - quiet and private area 2. The Garden - around 600 sqm (lots of space!
