Location was perfect, and had space for parking. Beds were so comfy, and plenty of towels available for us all. Chocolates and wine on arrival plus milk in the fridge. There were games available for all ages too. We had a little dog with us so the shower room being on the ground floor was great to wash down our muddy / sandy dog after a long walk too.

Loved everything about Crab Cottage. It's comfortable, warm clean and warm. Location is quiet and parking at Crab Cottage is easy , out of the car into the cottage. Location is perfect for the quay and town. Perfect for the bus stop to Walsingham (a must in snowdrop season, it's beautiful). We will return at the end of the summer season to explore the area.

Location. Yes it's in a car park. But it's a highly sought-after car park 2 minutes walk from the harbour. There is no significant noise from vehicles. Having designated spaces here was valuable. Nice cider place in a 30 second walk (other side of same car park). Loads of quality pubs and eateries in short walking distance. More basic fish n chips/ice cream options short distance too. House has loads of space, slightly quirky layout. Note that two single beds are on mezzanine within the shared living area - worked okay for us with some late-sleeping teenagers :) Kitchen well-stocked. Small courtyard out back very secluded, somehow managed to have sun on it all day. Thorough and pleasant comms from the hosts.

Wells is a good location for a holiday these days with a good range of places to eat, and things to do and see. The house was clean and well equiped, and decorated,

We liked everything about the barn. Warm, comfortable, clean. A really lovely place to relax. Literally a minute from the quay. Lovely little courtyard garden and two parking spaces was a real bonus. I don’t think the outside pictures on booking.com do it justice x
