We arrived as the food was put out. The meeting room we hired was freezing (EIA event), our room was like a sauna on arrival. Lighting between the main hotel and the stable that we stayed in was very poor and the surfaces were uneven (cobbled) and somewhat slippery.

Granted we were there when it was VERY cold but it wasn’t cosy! The lovely staff gave us extra duvets and luckily we had brought our own hot water bottles. The shower was hot and good pressure. Plenty of clean white towels each day. Did not have breakfast as it was cheaper to go to M&S.
