Abe is an excellent host. He gave us a tour of the property (which is actually much larger than what is described in the listing), and made sure we had everything we needed, including local recommendations for food/nightlife. The space itself was pretty incredible architecturally, and though we were expecting it to be super loud due to our proximity to so many bars/restaurants, it was actually quite peaceful. I loved the terrace and the other shared spaces!

Beautiful, spacious home with plenty of room and modern facilities. The roof deck was especially stunning, and the lemon tree offered wonderful lemons. We made great lemonade :) There are many delicious nearby restaurants, too. Javier was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even recommending a good place to get groceries -- the ideal host! I would absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Sevilla.

The spacious apartment is immaculately presented with tasteful decor and quality furnishings. With an alfresco dining and private garden, it is ideal for a large family as well. Location is central. There is a Voi electric scooter hire/parking spot just 3 minutes walk from the house to rent the scooter/bike. All major historic attractions are about 10mins scooter ride. The owner is only 15mins away to sort out anything should you need help with the property. The whole family had an excellent time.

The house is amazing, very comfortable and well located. We had a great time there. It was a pleasure to be the first guests of this beautiful home and we definitely recommend it. Lola is very kind and welcomed us very well in person. She also explained all the historic details about this place and recommended us places nearby to eat and to have a good time for that night.
