Has kitchen, beautiful garden, utility with washing machine and dryer, family friendly, safe area and quiet. Property has everything you need, from plates and cups to frying pan and toaster, blender or hair dryer. Me being hotel person, will never ever stay in hotel again, defo going back. Everything walking distance from that property, 15 min to the airport. Highly recommend, was impressed.

We spent 3 nights at Casa Felix for a family holiday and it was a splendid stay. The place is really well situated to Palma center thanks to the tram (5 minutes by walk) and close to other commodities (shop at 10 minutes by walk). Felix and his wife were very welcoming and helping during the journey. The air conditioner and swimming pool were perfect for this weather. We will come back if we come again to Palma.

Brilliant Villa. Great location little local shop seconds away from the villa. The housekeeper Natalie was very helpful. Having air con in the bedrooms really helped with the heat. Great to have the pool.
