The place is fabulous, 100m to the sea. You can watch people kaiting. A jetty is nearby. Safe neighborhood. Calm place. Plenty of parking space plus closed parking in the yard. Two outdoor terraces, the main facing the sea. Outdoor tables, grill. There is an extra shower outside. the house has 3 floors. first floor with two separate bedrooms with double beds + shower and toilet. Second floor living room with kitchen + 2 terrace balconies - fabulous sea view. Kitchen with all necessary appliances. 3rd floor, two separate bedrooms with double beds + shower with toilet + washing machine. A few household items were missing, but here's a little thing - we bought them ourselves and left them for others :) I really recommend it, I didn't get to meet the owners, but when communicating on whatsapp I felt that they are very nice people. Everyone had a great stay at this place, we will definitely come here again.

The location of the villa is fantastic, on the canal, with stunning views. We loved also the pool and outdoor space. The house is spotless clean, which we much appreciated.

The house is charming, and it has most things you need: kitchen appliances, a good fridge with large freezer and an airco to cool the bedrooms during the warm august nights. There's enough space for a family of 4 with two adolescent kids. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/cafés is doable, approx 25-30 minutes.JoseGroup
