The accommodation exceeded our expectations. This detached renovated historical staff building is situated in a lovely small garden of a 1860 victorian mansion. There is a possibility to park on the premises next to the entrance of the accommodation. And you have your own little seating area in front of the house, where you can enjoy a lovely time in the sun. The walls are very thick and therefore the interior has a very comfortable temperature and it's very well sound isolated. The queen sized? matress is very comfortable and has a medium hardness. The bathroom and kitchen are provided with all kinds of amenities and appliances. The towels are nice and soft and there is even a rain shower / regular shower combination. The hostess is very kind and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and we could really appreciate all the small details she put in her efforts to provide us with the home away from home feeling. She even left a bottle of beer and water in the fridge, some chocolates, magazines, herbs and spices, tea and coffee for us to use. Furthermore the location is amazing: it's a 10 minute drive to the old/new city centre and there are many lovely historical victorian mansions in the neighbourhood. There's a supermarket and bakery within a 5-10min walking distance. And it's nice and quiet during the evenings.

Absolutely great place for a weekend stay in Dresden. Peaceful and quiet surroundings - feels like a village in the middle of the big City - with beautiful Elbe just around the corner (must also mention the nice reastaurant with a river terrace and nice benches just 50-100 meters walk from the house). The house itself is very big and comfortable. There is everything - and even more - that you mey find useful during the stay in Dresden. You can see and feel that a lot of love and effort was put into this place. Parking place located next to the house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need and is really huge. The same refers to the living room. You can easily get to the City Center with tram (actually during our stay there was a bus due to some roadworks taking place in the area nearby). It takes approx. 5 minutes walk to the stop. And then you need approx. 30 minutes to get to the amazing Dresden old town or fantastic Neustadt. Alternatively it takes approx. 12-15 minutes to get there with a car and there are many well located parking slots that cost approx. 1,5 euro/hour. And last but not least ir rock'n'roll hosts were really, really nice and I would give 12 out of 10 if that could be possible. Hope to be back some day.

The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated and super well-equipped. It’s really new and it was super clean. There was even coffee, cream and marmalade for us to use for breakfast. The location in the heart of Neustadt is super convenient, it’s full of restaurants and bars nearby and there’s tram connections to almost everywhere. Would definitely rent again!
