Beautiful house on the hill overlooking Santa Teresa. We stayed for 5 days and it was a great trip. You absolutely need a 4wd to get around anywhere in the Nicoya Peninsula, and especially here. The road to the house is just off the main street but it's quite steep and so you'll need to take a car or ATV if you're planning on exploring the neighboring towns/beaches. It's worth being removed from the main downtown area of shops where it's quite loud. We saw Howler monkeys in the trees with our morning coffee. We visited during the rainy season but enjoyed sunny early mornings out and exploring and napped in the rainy afternoons. Valentina was extremely helpful in getting us set up and recommending activities. She also helped me book surf lessons with Junior in town.

Place was perfect for exploring Santa Teresa, walking distance from lots of nice restaurants. 2 mins from the beach. The door code made everything feel very safe and secure and was nice to not have to worry about bringing a key with you for the property. There was property manager around at all times which was good. Greg was very responsive and came to show me around and how to use things which was appreciated! The villa I stayed was Carambola and was very spacious for me as a solo traveller. Great bathroom, air con, comfy bed, living room and equipped kitchen. Nice patio outside with hammock. Chill, relaxing place and quiet.

The place is beautiful, modern, and calm. There aren't any loud noises or cars, truly a place to disconnect from everything. The place is 10/10. Manzanillo and hermosa beach are really close 5-10min drive (I would recommend renting a quad to move around. Santa Teresa is like a 15-20 min drive.) The apartment has everything needed to cook, and the outdoor shower and balcony are gorgeous. You can hear the waves and animals at night. Would recommend staying here if you want to relax and not be in the middle of everything but still close enough.

We loved staying at Casa Nina, the house is just beautiful. We loved the amazing oncean view the house has. It is located up mountains but a few meters from the center. Cincierge and cleaning guys are super friendly and will help with everything you need. One night it is not enough, we will be back again.

Clara our concierge was amazing she was helping all along the way with restaurants and activities recommendations and helped us book a taxi and private transport to go back to Liberia airport.
