Beautiful house on the hill overlooking Santa Teresa. We stayed for 5 days and it was a great trip. You absolutely need a 4wd to get around anywhere in the Nicoya Peninsula, and especially here. The road to the house is just off the main street but it's quite steep and so you'll need to take a car or ATV if you're planning on exploring the neighboring towns/beaches. It's worth being removed from the main downtown area of shops where it's quite loud. We saw Howler monkeys in the trees with our morning coffee. We visited during the rainy season but enjoyed sunny early mornings out and exploring and napped in the rainy afternoons. Valentina was extremely helpful in getting us set up and recommending activities. She also helped me book surf lessons with Junior in town.

We were mostly happy with the outdoor kitchen and adjacent pool. Besides that we found that the stay was clean, had a good shower and comfortable bed, secure parking lot, equipped with a proper AC and close to the beach! Especially the very cool tide pools! We were greeted by Leah who was also very kind! It’s in walking distance of the town, particularly when strolling over the beach, although some might find it too far (about 15 to 20mins).

The place is beautiful, modern, and calm. There aren't any loud noises or cars, truly a place to disconnect from everything. The place is 10/10. Manzanillo and hermosa beach are really close 5-10min drive (I would recommend renting a quad to move around. Santa Teresa is like a 15-20 min drive.) The apartment has everything needed to cook, and the outdoor shower and balcony are gorgeous. You can hear the waves and animals at night. Would recommend staying here if you want to relax and not be in the middle of everything but still close enough.

This property is incredible. The house is stunning, it is better than it looks in the photos. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the house and kitchen are well-equipped. We booked for 4 nights and managed to extend to 5 it was so perfect. The house is set in beautiful surroundings, the balcony is enormous and the shared pool is amazing (and never very busy). There is wildlife everywhere. We had monkeys, hummingbirds and lizards in the trees and on the roof. There are numerous options for dinner nearby and a supermarket about 7 mins walk away. The beach is a similar short walk away and is gorgeous. Can’t recommend enough.

La posizione è ottima, vicino al mare, al surf, a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e supermercati.

I bungalows sono splendidi, immersi nella natura rigogliosa e curati in ogni piccolo particolare. L’ubicazione è molto comoda: sulla strada principale di Santa Teresa e a due passi dalla bellissima e grande spiaggia, a ristorantini, bar e supermercato. Alberto e Margherita sono due ragazzi meravigliosi che hanno saputo trasformare il loro sogno in realta' :) disponibili e attenti hanno reso questo soggiorno molto speciale :) Silvia & LorenzoSilviaCoppia giovane
