We loved everything about the property. The location is absolutely breathtaking. The mountains, the jungle, the impressive amount of beautiful birds, the milder temperature and everything about this place is just unbelievable; like a dream come true. The reserve has different cabanas located alongside the mountain side. They’re all quaint, unique and full of charm. Every single part of the location is well taken care of. The staff is hard working, kind and always ready to offer help with whatever is crossing your mind at the moment. We had certain issues regarding our room at first and they moved heaven and earth so we could be more comfortable and happy. Greys has always a smile on her face and was always there for us same as the rest of her team. Food was very good, breakfast was wholesome and delicious. Their menu is varied and with plenty of options, although we would’ve liked to have more local dishes. Can’t talk about food or kitchen without mentioning Carlitos, the guy is a genius, everything he made was well seasoned, yummy and plentiful. We can’t recommend him enough, if he’s cooking the day you’re there, you’re in for a treat. And last but not least, we loved all the extra activities you can do while in the reserve, there are cacao tours (super informative and yummy), coffee tours and several waterfalls in the vicinity. We were never bored although you could always stay on one of the multiple hammocks that there are throughout the property and relax listening to the the birds, looking at the stunning sunsets or just enjoying your favorite book.

The Villa is incredible! Maria met us to give us a quick tour and provide us with the instructions for an easy check in. The pictures do not do this place justice. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay :)

Wow. Such a peaceful location, waking up & enjoying breakfast with a view on toucans, squirrels and many other birds. We were definitely not happy leaving this place so soon. (3 nights in total) We were nicely greeted by Leon & Alex. Fruits & wine as a welcome gift. A very clean & spacious cabana with 2 rooms, big living space and terrace. With everything you need to cook and entertain yourself (games, binoculars…). We even enjoyed a little bonfire at the viewpoint just above the cabana. Yes it’s located just outside of the center of Minca, yes it’s a quite a climb when coming back but it’s only 10 mins away. Always possible to grab a motorbike taxi otherwise. I definitely recommend this place for a stay in Minca.

Beautiful spot in the heights of Minca, with beautiful views of the green forest and brilliant sunsets and sunrises. Super snug and cozy without being too small. Working kitchen with good cooking equipment and kept clean. Nice gas barbecue on the balcony too. Be aware, this lovely cabin is and hour drive from Minca, way up high and very secluded. So make sure to bring enough food, water and drinks to last you, as each trip into town and back can add up costs. Approx 150000cop per journey in a 4x4

The cabaña was super cute, it’s in easy walking distance to the town and the hosts were super helpful - organised a taxi to Tayrona for us and got us an earlier breakfast

Beautiful views, a well supplied kitchen, and extremely welcoming staff. You can tell a lot of effort has been put in to make your stay enjoyable. The hostess pointed out a toucan and gave us binoculars to see it, recommended some great activities, and let us store some things for a couple days while we went on a trek. There’s also free coffee and filtered water on site!
