Great location with amazing views to the mountains and the lake. Everything we wanted to see was within our reach. Lake, Waterfalls, Roman cable car, supermarkets - everything is within walking distance. Sufficient space to park the car. Kitchen well-equipped. Nice fire place for colder evenings. The place is clean, and well taken care of. Oliver is a great host who loves to provide for his guests, whether it is for local attractions and activities, or any other tips you may need. Would not have a single doubt to recommend anyone to stay here.

The location was perfect for daytrips to different mountains in the surrounding area. The apartment itself had everything needed for a comfortable stay: Own shower, kitchen equipment and a nice bed

Beautiful wooden interior, all new and very clean. We had a very pleasant stay and i could not recommend it more! Fam. Hollaus is very welcoming and friendly! We cannot wait to visit again :)

Great house and host, good location, no breakfast or food included in the offer. It is a very spacious, beautifully renovated house with 4 sleeping rooms on 2 floors. There's a large, well equiped modern kitchen. An old fire-wood stove is also there, and the host was super frindly and helpful to provide use the firewood.

Lovely old family home, with everything you need to make it a great stay! There are 3 bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with shower, a seperate toilet, and a nice big living area to eat, play games, chat and enjoy the warmth of the woodstove. There is even a basement with washer and dryer (we didnt use it for the short stay we had). We went skiing and unfortunately there was not much snow in pertisau but the great zillertal arena is only 30 min by car (leave early because of traffic) and the house had private parking. It also has a big garden and nice mountain views at the back! The owners are superfriendly, easy to reach and willing to answer all your questions.
