I grew up in East London & completed my schooling there. Very family oriented city with lots to do, beautiful beaches, sporting activities & several shopping malls with a variety of shops & restaurants.
The breakfast was superb and vegetarian options were specially provided. The owner and her daughter welcomed us and made us feel right at home, like old family. The home is beautiful and furnished with antiques and works of art. We had a private spacious deck overlooking the Nahoon River. The shady garden is lovely and the swimming pool would be a great plus in summer. Secure parking is available. I would definitely stay here again on any future visit to East London. Baie dankie, Ansa en Ilsa vir julle gasvryheid!
Such a cute spot with incredible attention to detail. Very neat and clean, a well stocked kitchenette for all your cooking needs, and a comfortable bed with Netflix on a big screen. Perfect for a cross country stop over or a long holiday near your favourite East London spots (Heavenly Pancakes right around the corner!)
New finishes in the condo - felt like we were staying in a hotel! The microwave mirror finish had not even a finger print and the shower door was so clean I didn’t realise it was a door!
Exceptional ocean view from the balcony (if you pick balcony room). Business DSTV package with a variety of channels including full sports package. It's near the Port so you can see ships coming in and out. If you are lucky you can also catch a view from your balcony of whales breaching. It's very quiet. No noise around the hotel and guests also keep the premises quiet. No one bothers you. Everyone minds their own business but you can get assistance from staff when you need it.
The hotel is an old establishment but with a complete overhaul all fittings brand new .
We stayed in a one Bedroom With a while living area with new equipment and the bedroom with a new comfortable bed .
The Breakfast was top notch we indeed got value for the money . The view was amazing with 5he. Provision of a balcony to wat h the sea . I would say we had one of the best stays for the amount of money we paid
I loved everything. I must salute the ladies at the front desk. They are absolute gold, in particular the two black ladies. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel is lucky to have them.
The room is stunning, the decor, comfortability and cleanliness is 5 star 🌟.
Overall good value for money. I would stay there again without a doubt.
I loved everything about this place..This hotel is in an exquisite golf estate just outside the city of East London. The rooms are beautifully decorated with spacious bathrooms, the outside additional shower is a nice touch for sure
The breakfast is excellent and included in the price..If you decide to have lunch, the prices are really unbelievable..
Upon arrival we were meeted by the friendly Host.. Who saw to our needs & assisted us very nicely when we didn't know how to operate certain things... The room was very neat & tidy & beds were so comfortable to sleep on... Should we ever pass through East London, Cenikma will definitely be a place to stay 🤗😁
Had an excellent stay. Staff were so friendly and courteous. The room that I was allocated was very quiet, peaceful. Had awesome views of the sea. The room was spotless. I highly recommend this Hotel 👌. The room was very spacious, beds comfortable, great shower & bath. There is nothing I can't fault them for
Such a lovely/friendly host. This lady is a true gem! Even gave my husband and I Easter eggs on Easter day 😊
Loved the privacy and how clean everything was. Thanks Michelle we loved staying with you and will definitely stay with you next time we find ourselves in East London!
I like everything except there was no fridge and microwave in rooms, but the manager provides us with ice cubes
Bed are comfortable, The security guy keep to good work for solving those inconsiderate ppl who made noise turning this comfortable hotel into a tarven
I loved the fact that it was clean, secure and the staff was excellent friendly and willing to help on request. Definitely know where I'm staying next time I'm in East London 🙏🏽
I love the personal experience one gets when you check-into the apartment after a long day. It does not give a hotel-vibe...I prefer the homely/apartment-feel it gives
The hostess is amazing and the staff. It has all the homie touches.🥰 we didn’t feel like we in someone’s house or bnb nor hotel. We were very comfortable and free.
