We like the spacious room opening onto the beautiful lush garden with a braai on the stoep.
The shower has a view of the garden which was absolutely magical. We were allowed to check in earlier and the bed was super comfy. Definately the place to stay when you are in Caledon.
Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay albeit a short one and everything was perfect. Spotless, comfortable, tranquil property in the middle of the town but totally secluded. A real hidden gem. We cannot wait to return.

We went on our honeymoon, and we are still raving about that breakfast ... the sauna and steam rooms are my very favourite and there's a gym!!!! My new favourite place to visit. We took a walk down to the little shopping mall every day and enjoyed that exercise too. The venue is amazing, and you will enjoy every minute.

Caledon Spa was great. Awesome breakfast variety and overall good stay.
Recommended a few minor additions for room such as USB input for chargers and heating rail in bathroom for swimming towels to dry.

We went to Caledon to get out stuff sorted at the Home...
We went to Caledon to get out stuff sorted at the Home Affairs, people have told us that this one specifically is amazing. It is not. The staff were rude to us, they did their best to be unhelpful, and hindered our progress as much as they possibly could.
The credit card facilities were working, we saw other people pay with their card, but when we went to pay, the cashier took one look at our skin, and demanded we pay cash before she will look at our papers. In every other home affairs I've been to, you submit the papers first, then pay. The town itself is a nice small town, if I was passing through Id stop by, but perhaps not with a bedroom on the main road in front of the very busy bus stop.

The best was walking around the botanical gardens.
The best was walking around the botanical gardens.
The worst was not having wifi, and the fact that nobody told us that when we checked in. When we booked it,wifi was one of the things that was advertised
Location in central Caledon was ideal. The car park was big and spacious and secure. The cooked breakfast was nice - staff very friendly. Sean (host) was friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable - great tip about The Barn restaurant for a filling dinner. Extra blankets in the room helped with the winter cold. It was lovely to sit and read on the west-facing balcony in the evening sun and hear the world go by.
Cornel was the perfect host. We felt right at home, and left as family. We can't wait to come back and this time for longer. Truly exceptional value for money. Can highly recommend this little gem of a place in Caledon.
We loved the tiny attention to detail. Was really spoilt with lovely views, the pool was fantastic and visits from Jimmy (dog) was super special.
We loved the nature, the fresh air and the lovely team. Everyone was helpful and truly made this holiday special. We had initially only booked for 2 night, but ended up extending our stay for 1 more night. We highly recommend that anyone passing through Caledon stay at this lovely guest house!

The pools , the staff was amazing and very friendly also I feel like the maintenance of the pool and spa area was just amazing, even the security over there were friendly and helpful
We attended a wedding at Die Woud - the room did not feel like a hotel but cosy like a home from home
Breakfast was great - easy access to getting the key not waiting for someone
Location was great for attending a wedding just outside Caledon.
Also close to Greyton for a quick hike and breakfast.
The host, Sandra, was very helpful during our stay.
Very warm welcome and felt comfortable since the moment we arrived. She approved earlier arrival time. I would really recommend this cottage for your stay in Caledon.
