Beds were very comfortable and facilities were great - however, did book a twin room with a private bathroom and this was not provided which was a bit of a shame. The huts we were provided had a shared toilet and shower block similar to a camp site and they were quite open meaning that nature was also able to get in there. Staff were really lovely and went out of their way for you.

View was incredible, and the staff go above & beyond to make sure your stay is great! From arranging pick-ups from Ninh Binh city center, to bike rentals (free) and motorbike rentals, towels for pool use, and arranging for last-minute limousine bus ride to Hanoi- the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. The water heating & pressure in the shower was great, and after the windy thunderstorms in the morning, they immediately cleaned up the outdoor pool for use as well. They also have the most adorable doggo- Lucky!!

Such a lovely homestay in Tam Coc. The owners don’t speak much English, but they are always there to help you and it’s easy to talk via Google translate. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a really nice bathroom. The property has some really cute small dogs too. The breakfast they provide was so nice as well (especially the banana pancakes!). We could hire some good quality bicycles from here too and ride around the rice fields which was so relaxing, and it’s a short ride/walk into town for restaurants. It wasn’t very busy in the homestay even though there’s a lot of rooms, they definitely deserve more customers!
