Beautiful location a bit away from the main street, surrounded by rice fields, local farms, and nature. Mama Sue is really friendly an welcoming. She offered us free dinner and drinking happy water with her, exchanging stories. We had nice pancakes with mango and banana as breakfast. Some rooms are quite small but totally okay and they have a mosquito net over the bed. Would totally recommend this homestay, it felt really like home. We stayed unfortunately only one night on our two night hike from Sapa. For that purpose the homestay is located perfectly.

Vin and Bee are lovely hosts, so helpful and interesting to chat to. They seem to embrace hosting people from all over the world. The location is good if you want to explore the region around Sa Pa but avoid crowds. The homestay has great views over the rice fields and mountains. It has a social vibe with outdoor and indoor eating/drinking areas, good places to meet other travellers but is also intimate. The hosts are relaxed but also attentive and professional. We had to check out very early, so Bee kindly prepared us a breakfast the night before for our journey.

Double room with mountain view was lovely. Great value for money. Usually prefer room with balcony but that is more expensive in other hotels and weather forecast was bad. So we had 2 large windows to enjoy the fabulous surroundings. Staff were very accomodating and room cleaned daily if required.
