Excellent location on a pedestrian street (closed to motor vehicles after 6 pm) close to restaurants and local food shops and within walking distance to the Citadel. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Room was cozy, comfortable and quiet (carpeting in the halway helps). Room was adjacent to elevator on a high floor but was not noisy. Staff was helpful and smiling.

Hotel staff are courteous, polite and helpful. I'm pressed with the honesty of the maids. I accidentally dropped my US $300 on the floor under the coffee table, the money was there untouched by the time I got back to my room in the evening. I love the imperial building set on the highest floor of the hotel has sacred altar and well maintained garden.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Beautifully decorated with Indochine. Staff super helpful and friendly. Prime location, very near the Truong Tien bridge and Dong Ba market. Rooms pretty spacious and clean.
