You checked in You paid our pet deposit nowhere did it say anything about one pet per room on any of the papers or in the conversation after I left the store and came back 2 hours to leave in and the staff became very rude. I asked to speak to the manager and they denied my request until I begin recording the event with the staff a few hours later I was asked to go to the main office where there I would meet the manager who was very belligerent screaming and yelling would not speak to me and when I asked if he would speak to me outside alone he proceeded to tell the other staff members to call the police additionally I had paid the night before for an extra two nights I was out before the second night was charged or would have been charged because I was out before 11:00 a.m. I paid $209 as the pet deposit and adding a Friday a Saturday and to check out on Sunday and instead of refunding me I got $55 back. Very disappointed

I didn't get to enjoy the great theater and other activities provided by the College.
The market day has outstanding produce, bakery and crafts.
Dog friendly and walking friendly city. Even rain can't deter you from having a great time exploring the shops and restaurants.

We were only in town for a short period of time (overnight). Wooster appeared to be a nice, clean town. Other than the hotel, we only had dealings with the staff at Meijer's gas station and convenience market. Clerk was very cordial.

For a small Ohio college town, Wooster is quite lively, with a nice downtown area and lovely college campus just up the hill for enjoyable walking. Amish country is just to the south of Wooster, providing the possibility for scenic rural excursions.

Wooster is lovely, easy to get around. There are many great restaurants to choose from. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Was happy to be able to walk on a short remnant of the original Lincoln Highway. Had a tour of the College of Wooster and visited the Secrest Arboretum at the Ohio State University Research and Development Center. Hope to visit again in the spring.

There was nothing I liked about this place.
There was nothing I liked about this place. False advertising for breakfast, they stated free breakfast but gave the excuse that covid restrictions prohibited that. False advertising for 2 queen beds and we got 2 double beds. Bathroom was dirty and they shoved a towel in where the vent should be. The room had a musty smoke smell. We complained about the free breakfast and were told the owner Nick would call us about a discount for the night. Still waiting on that call a week later. Word to the wise pay a little extra for a decent room somewhere else.
good location right next to the Main Street
Tammy on reception was very friendly and accommodating - a real gem she is.
good ice machine but no bucket so had to fill up the bin
free coffee on reception
Wooster is a lovely town - they have free summer concerts on over the weekend. However not sure where they dragged Bobby T up from. I’ve heard better from a drunked Tracey in the Royal Oak in Keighley on a Friday night
When I first got there I had to go bad to the desk three different times to get a different room because they were all dirty the lady that checked me in cared more about her phone then her costumer her overall additude sucked the breakfast they had I had better in prison this hotel is absolutely horrible somebody really needs to get in there and help this place
Breakfast was good, especially the cheese omelets Plenty for everyone comfortable seating Could have done without the two tvs (we're visiting Amish country after all) but at least they were both on the same station and not too loud One lady who strolled in was WAY too old to be running around in public in Hello Kitty pajamas
It was convenient to have the breakfast delivered to us. More protein options in the future would be preferred. We were in room 207 and with the cold wet weather the hot tub was great to have available. The staff could be counted on to get us ice, coffee or anything we needed. Great location near coffee shops and dining.
This hotel is centrally located and in walking distance of many great shops and restaurants. Saturday morning there was a farmers market right around the corner. Loved the old time charm of this hotel. The person manning the breakfast was one of the nicest people I have ever met!
Breakfast was delicious, the facility kept very clean and the staff wonderfully accommodating. Our room was comfortable and cool, and the breakfast area had a great traffic flow. Wooster is a beautiful city and everything just a short drive away. It’s a must-stay!
The entire hotel, including rooms were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was the first hot meal we've had in a hotel since covid and it was quite good. The location was 2 minutes from our venue for business and we could walk to all the restaurants.
This isn’t your typical hotel; you have people living here so it’s a slum Place! If I would have seen the location in daylight, there’s no way I would have stayed!!
