The breakfast was good. Nice view of the river and many birds. Comfy bed. Quiet room. If out on the balcony you can hear freeway noise, but not in the room at all. Nice staff. Very convenient for what we had planned: We were going to hear a musician we like, Robby Mayer, perform and go to a Christmas party at Brock's Bar & Grill. Went on the Chelatchie Prairie Christmas Train. Went to the Cedar Creek Covered Bridge and Grist Mill.

Continental breakfast was awesomely prepared. The room was quiet and well maintained. Staff were, for the most part, helpful, the general location within the town was exceptional. The grounds were fairly clean and parking was abundant. The rooms were also very spacious.

The staff takes personal opinions and decides if you can stay there again. Kenda is the worst . Carol is amazing though . They have no laundry facilities or vending machines . Breakfast is in the office and was pretty good . Don’t tell them where you work . Kenda will go and tell coworkers false info about you . Line you smoked in the room. I don’t smoke . What a way to make visitors wanna come back .

A Delightful Stay With Comfort, Cleanliness, and Top-Notch...

A Delightful Stay With Comfort, Cleanliness, and Top-Notch Service" We recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western Woodland Inn. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were greeted with warmth and professionalism from the moment we walked in, setting the tone for a delightful stay. The cleanliness of the motel was impeccable. Our room was clean, inviting, and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of travel. The attention to detail in the room's upkeep was evident, contributing significantly to our comfort and relaxation. On top of this, the safety and security of the parking area for our car was reassuring. Knowing your vehicle is safe while traveling is always a relief. Additionally, the amenities provided, especially the breakfast, were fantastic. It was a delightful way to start our day. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were efficient, professional, genuinely caring and helpful, making us feel valued and well cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend the Best Western Woodland Inn to anyone looking for a stay that combines the comfort of home with the luxury of excellent service and amenities. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, this motel will surely enhance your trip with its delightful offerings.

    Everything.

Everything. Got there at 12:30am the next morning of our check in (I left after work and 4 hours away). The lady seemed super annoyed when we checked in. Didn’t let us in. Kept us outside for checking in. Website said continental breakfast…apparently they don’t do that anymore. My room did not even have a coffee maker. All outlets but 2 were broken. TV was broken. Lights burnt out. I had two teenage girls needing to get ready for a concert. We got back from getting supplies and THE WATER WAS TURNED OFF. No warnings. Nothing. We were almost late for the reason we stayed at this hotel in the first place. It was dirty. Dirt all over the floor. I have tons of flea bites due to animals being allowed there. We were supposed to be there 3 nights. We left almost 24 hours early because we were so disgusted. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Some kind of compensation would be nice

It was good location for the area we were traveling in.

It was good location for the area we were traveling in. It wasn't easy to find in the beginning but the parking area was great and had plenty room. We did eat at the hotel for breakfast and fast food places for dinner. Once you learn the areas it is easy to get around. We had no children in our party but the were things for children to do.

Location was great, but pet friendly room reeked of urine which took away from the experience, beds were very uncomfortable, bathroom light/fan combo was extremely loud, and the sink stopped was stuck close.

The nice lady checked me in at midnight and I apologized the next morning to her for waking her up. She is a very nice person to do business with. I'm a pilot car driver in my own business and I appreciate people who provide a friendly greeting and a fair price for the accommodation. I look forward every week to spend the first night at the Oyo Hotel in Woodland WA.

The room was great. Bed was comfortable, AC worked and was not loud, small refrigerator and coffee pot were available. Breakfast was available and enough of a variety to get you started for the day. Staff was friendly and outgoing. Indoor swimming pool for all weather enjoyment. I will be back to this hotel when I return to Woodland WA.

The rooms are super cozy! It's absolutely beautiful, it is my favorite room as far back as I can remember it beats all but one. This is better than all even 4 star hotels. Staff kindly and quietly accomodated my request for PTSD assistance. Absolutely was able to settle there.

The rooms were nice and put together. They were clean and comfortable. I stayed in another hotel in Seattle and it was horrible. Amy at the front desk was very nice to the bridal party and family. We could get a little rowdy but I would stay at a Best Western again!!

hotel was tucked away off the main Street, so it was very quiet. Wonderful hot cooked breakfast items, with later hours for those of us who don't want to get up early for the free breakfast. Rooms were cleancomfortable and nice.

The staff was an unbelievably helpful and incredibly charming. Not to mention, the cleanliness of the hotel was above and beyond, and the coffee in the lobby was better than the kiosk around the corner.

This is an older hotel, but has been kept up and modernized. It was very clean. It didn't have the old hotel room smell. Plenty of parking.
