I had a horrible experience.
I had a horrible experience. The hallway smelled like Marijuana. My room TV did not work. The A.C in my room was faulty and it had a funky smell to it. I believe it was mildew. I had to wait 20 mins for the front desk to finally show up to assist me. He was very rude and offered very little to no help. I felt completely helpless and taken advantage of. Worst experience ever dealing with booking.com this happened last week and I am still very much upset about this situation. I ended up leaving 40 mins later and I will never use booking.com again!oh - 10Scored 10

This hotel was in proximity to a wake and funeral which we attended in Staten Island. Every Staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Nice hot and cold breakfast buffet with real scrambled eggs. Our room was spotless and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again.
